PLACES OF INTEREST

Being a guest of CISPATA MARINA HOTEL you will enjoy all the cultural, architectural, culinary and natural diversity of the Colombian Caribbean which can be found in every place you visit.

SANTA CRUZ DE LORICA (Córdoba).

Lorica is situated alongside the beautiful landscape of the Sinú River. This village is part of Colombian Heritage, it was established in 1776 and it has an important cultural past. Its large architectural constructions are a legacy left by foreign residents attracted by the wonders of this region. They gave this village an important aphorism that has been maintained over the years by calling it: » An Ancient and Seigniorial City».

TUCHIN (Córdoba).

Its population is indigenous made up of descendants of Zenú ethnic tribes. It is considered the birthplace of the “vueltiao hat” which has been raised to the category of “Cultural Symbol of the Nation” in accordance with Law 908 issued in 8 September 2004. The “ Sombrero vueltiao” is the result of over 300 years of work by our Colombian artisans. We invite you to get acquainted with the processes and developments of other beautiful handicrafts made with “Caña Flecha”.

CALABAZO MUSEUM – SAN ANTERO (Córdoba).

The products you will find in this store are inspired by the natural environment and local folklore. 20 years ago the idea of its creation was born from the love and admiration we feel for nature, considering it in itself as an art. We have stimulated artistic creation with materials such as pumpkins, gourds, exotic seeds, canes and other materials.
